Failed - Non-Exempt

Failed - Non-Exempt is a delivery-partner performance classification LMS uses for parcel delivery failures that are within the delivery partner's control, or whose cause is unknown — for example an access issue, a building or business closed for the day, running out of time on the route, or an unspecified 'other' reason. Non-exempt failures count against the partner's on-time and completion percentages and therefore lower the performance tier. Classifying each failure by the driver-selected reason lets LMS hold partners accountable for controllable misses.
